For the products in stock, our warehouse's normal handling time is 1 working day.
For the orders confirmed and paid before 11:59 am (Sydney Time), the shipment will be arranged on the same day, or the shipment will be arranged on the next day.
For the custom-made products, eg. Custom forged wheels, the delivery time might be referred to the production process, please do not be hesitate to ask for a quote and estimated time plan at Sales@WheelsAPE.com
Ship in Australia :
We offer the local freight service to Australia nationwide. For most metro areas, the shipping cost will be automatically added and it will be included in the total price at the checkout.
If you are from remote areas or the countries' sides, after the order is reviewed and confirmed, one of our sales team will contact you if there is any extra freight cost that may occur.
You must have your order paid and make the appointment with us within 24 hours upfront.

All the orders will be shipped using Toll/ TNT for local delivery.

Pick-Up ( VIC & By appointment only) :
We do NOT take payment at the pick-up, the order must be PREPAID.
You must make the appointment with us in 24 hours upfront and have your pick-up order number ready.
Our warehouse is located at Bayswater North, Victoria, Australia.
Please note Missing your pick-up appointment over 30 mins which may occur an operation cost of $25.00 each time. and the new appointment might need to be re-arranged again and the operation cost needs to be paid before the next pick-up.
Ship Overseas/International :
Yes, Whether you’re ordering directly from us online or an authorized Rseries Wheels Dealer from other countries, we ship all across the globe. We will offer you the freight quote through an email inquiry.
Procedures to follow while making a claim/return
1.Contact our Customer Service Representative to make the company aware of your claim.
2. Include the following items:
a) A copy of the original invoice for the warranted wheels/products
b) A written statement or email explaining the problem you have encountered, the circumstances in which the problem occurred, and the year, make, and model of the vehicle on which the wheels were initially installed.
c) A clear photo of the production information laser mark for the warranted wheels/products, which are usually located at the inner barrel of the wheels.
3. Upon receipt of the wheels, Rseries wheels will inspect them per the warranty claim and contact the customer to determine the appropriate course of action.
4. If it is determined that upon inspection of the returned wheel(s), it qualifies under the terms of this warranty, Rseries wheels, will at their own expense, either repair or replace the warranted wheel(s) at its sole discretion.
5. Rseries wheels assume no responsibility for sending, removing, or re-installing the wheels on the vehicle, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, convenience, or other consequential expense.
All the products must be in new unused, uninstalled condition and returned in original boxes with all original packaging. YOU HAVE 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO NOTIFY US IF ANY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
Products which have been installed on a vehicle or had tires mounted onto them are NON-RETURNABLE.
A 15% Restocking fee will apply to items returned after 15 days. NO returns are accepted after 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds (if applicable)
1.Damaged or faulty goods may be returned to us freight-free. or you might be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2.The Special order goods are Non-Refundable.

4. Pick-ups - No responsibility will be taken for goods left behind over 2 days.
5. Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.No cash refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@WheelsAPE.com and send your item back to us.

This warranty is given by Rseries Wheels and is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of this warranty.
